Apple wants you to keep your iPhone 16e looking brand new with its lineup of new silicone cases.

On Wednesday, Apple announced the brand new iPhone 16e, a budget-friendly entry into the iPhone 16 lineup. This pared-down model is designed to replace the iPhone SE as Apple’s budget-friendly, entry-level phone.

As anticipated, Apple has also launched a lineup of silicone cases for the newest model. The colors include Lake Green, Fuchsia, Winter Blue, White, and Black. This is a bit pared down compared to the iPhone 16 cases

The iPhone 16e silicone cases do not feature MagSafe, as the device is not MagSafe compatible.

If you want to score one of the new silicone cases to go along with your new iPhone 16e, it’ll run you $39.00. Apple Card owners can finance it for $3.25 per month for twelve months, too.

Perplexingly, it doesn’t appear that Apple has any iPhone 16e hard cases like it does for flagship releases.

However, it appears that some previously released accessories, such as the Belkin UltraGlass Screen Protector will work for the new iPhone 16e as well.

The iPhone 16e, itself, is available in white or black. The introduction of the iPhone 16e means that Apple has seemingly killed off the budget-friendly iPhone SE lineup. It’ll be interesting to see if Apple includes a budget-friendly model for every mainline release going forward.
