The hazmat bunnies from “Luck” appear in a new short film that Apple has produced in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

From Skydance Animation, “Luck” is an Apple TV+ film starring Eva Noblezada, Simon Pegg, Whoopi Goldberg, and Jane Fonda. It’s about an unlucky girl named Sam who goes on a quest that could change her luck forever.

Cast members include Jane Fonda as the dragon and CEO of Good Luck, Simon Pegg as Bob the lucky black cat, Whoopi Goldberg as Captain, Eva Noblezada as Sam’s voice, and Flula Borg as Jeff the unicorn. Peggy Holmes is the director, while Kiel Murray wrote the screenplay.

Apple TV+ shared the announcement on Friday about the “Bad Luck Spot!” short film. It stars the hazmat bunnies from the longer movie who, “Jump on a very important task that gets hilariously out of control.”

In 2021, Apple and Skydance Animation had also released a short film called “Blush.” It’s a 10-minute story about an astronaut who falls in love on an asteroid and a great first look at the Pixar-like style of Skydance Animation.
