Leaked Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic Shows Off That Sweet Spinning Bezel

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic has just surfaced in real-life images, giving us a closer look at its design. These two images have been shared by Setsuna Digital on Weibo, the same source that shared the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 partial specs.

As you can see in the two images shared below, the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic will be made out of metal. It will have two side buttons and a physical rotating bezel. It will also have that ‘squircle’ shape that the Galaxy Watch Ultra debuted last year.

The display will still be round, though, despite the overall shape of the watch. Both of the physical buttons sit on the right-hand side, while the phone’s speaker is located on the left side.

We’ve shared its official renders, while the watch also appeared on eBay

As a reminder, we’ve shared a bunch of official renders of all three Galaxy Watch 8 series smartwatches. The Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) are coming. The ‘Ultra’ model doesn’t have the ‘Watch 8’ branding, but it’s very much a member of this lineup.

The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, in particular, also appeared in an eBay listing a while back. That suggested that testing or retail units are in circulation. This is the final design, that’s for sure.

Samsung will announce a bunch of new products on July 9

All three of these smartwatches will become official on July 9 in New York. That is the official date of the company’s second Unpacked event of the year. These three watches are not the only products that will debut there, though.

Samsung will also announce the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE during that event. The company could even tease the arrival of its first tri-fold smartphone, which is coming later this year.
