Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 Will Reportedly Come With Gorilla Glass Victus Plus; Tipped To Charge Faster

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4 is all set to go official in global and Indian markets on August 10 alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 4 at the Galaxy Unpacked event which will be live streamed on the official Youtube and social media channels of the company. Its predecessor, Galaxy Z Fold 3, used to come with the Gorilla Glass Victus ; however, the Galaxy Z fold 4 is tipped to come with a Gorilla Glass Victus Plus for protection.

A noted tipster’s report suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 foldable handset will come with support for 25 W fast charging and it will be backed by a 4,270 mAh battery. The topster had tested both the phones charging speed. After the test he found out that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 charged from 0 to 33 percent in 30 minutes while the Galaxy Z Fold 4 took the same amount of time to charge from 0 to 50 percent.

Furthermore, the leaks suggest that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will come with improved camera setup. The foldable handset is tipped to carry a 50 megapixel main lens on the back while its predecessor used to come with a 12 megapixel lens while on the front, it will have a 16 megapixel camera lens on the main display and a 4 megapixel lens on the secondary display.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4 will draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset which will also power the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Both these phones will debut in the global and Indian market on August 10 at the Galaxy Unpacked event.
