Some smartwatches, like the Apple Watch, are pretty obvious that it is a smartwatch. While it’s not a bad aesthetic, we’re sure that there are some people out there who might prefer a smartwatch that looks like a regular watch. This helps them pair it better with fashion, or in some cases, when wearing a suit for a black tie event.
If you’re after a smartwatch that offers up a more subtle and classic look, then you might be interested to learn that Diesel has announced its latest wearable, the Diesel Griffed Gen 6. This is a smartwatch powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 4100+ platform and is also powered by Google’s Wear OS.
It comes with health tracking features like being able to see your heart rate and also heart rate zones which might come in handy when working out, and there is also a built-in SpO2 sensor to check blood oxygen levels. There is sleep monitoring if you’re curious about your sleep quality, and there is also support for Google Wallet, Amazon’s Alexa for digital assistant control, and fast charging which will help you boost the battery to 80% in just 30 minutes.
The watch itself comes in various bezel color options, where users can choose between silver/black bezels, gunmetal/black, silver, and the bands are also offered in stainless steel, nylon, silicone, and leather. The Diesel Griffed Gen 6 will be available for purchase on the 1st of December and is priced at $350.
