Nothing Phone (3) leak claims $799 price tag while over-ear headphones cost $299

According to a reliable leaker, the upcoming “true flagship” that is the Nothing Phone (3) will apparently cost $799, while the company’s over-ear headphones are also getting a high-end price tag.

Leaker @MysteryLupin says on Twitter/X that the Nothing Phone (3) will cost $799 USD, implying this is the price for the upcoming smartphone in the US market. That’s for a variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while upgrading to one with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will cost $899 instead.

These prices are considerably higher than the rest of Nothing’s lineup, just as Carl Pei teased last month.

Looking back to the last high-end Nothing Phone release in the US, Phone (2) was priced at $599, a good value at the time for a device with a year-old chipset and with only two rear cameras. But with Phone (3), Nothing says it is building a “true” flagship device, meaning we’ll likely see a newer Snapdragon chip and a full camera suite. If the chip inside is indeed the Snapdragon 8 Elite, Nothing would be offering the most affordable price on the market, as even the OnePlus 13 is more expensive.

Nothing is confirmed to be launching Phone (3) in July, and the company also teased that a pair of over-ear headphones were also in the pipeline.

The same leaker says that these headphones, “Nothing Headphone (1),” will be available in late September with a price tag of $299 USD. That’s considerably more affordable than something like Sony’s new WH-1000XM6, and even more so Apple’s AirPods Max. We still don’t know what these headphones will look like, nor any special features, but the pricing combined with Nothing’s reputation in audio makes this something to keep an eye on.
