OnePlus was one of the few remaining manufacturers slated for October that hadn’t confirmed a launch date for its upcoming flagship, but that has finally changed. We now know that the OnePlus 13 will be sharing its launch with Halloween—on October 31st.

Even better is the fact that this launch has been accompanied by official images of all three colorways for the OnePlus 13, along with other images and videos leaked by popular tipsters on X. Let’s dive into what we know about the flagship at this point.

The OnePlus 13 Is Set For An October 31st Launch, Though China-Only Initially

October is the busiest month of the year for flagship releases, with six major smartphone manufacturers releasing new top-of-the-line devices just in time to grab the new Qualcomm and MediaTek chips and well ahead of that Christmas rush. OnePlus is one of those OEMs that is set to launch this month and after nothing specific, the company has finally confirmed its launch in China on October 31st, 8 AM GMT.

This means that the OnePlus 13 will launch at the very end of the month, the day after the Honor Magic 7 series arrives. We can also see that the smartphone is expected to come in three colorways: Obsidian Black, White Dew Morning Light, and Blue Moment.

It’s going to be a bit of a wait before the device becomes official, especially because if you’re interested in it as an international buyer, you’re going to need to wait potentially a few months after that before it gets its global launch. But hey, on the bright side, at least there’s no doubt that it will be coming to the international stage.

Here Are Leaked Images Of The Upcoming OnePlus 13

OnePlus itself has made images of the OnePlus 13 official, so there isn’t much left to leak, but it is always nice to see these devices from different angles so you can get a pretty solid stance regarding the design.

The design is a little bit different from what OnePlus did with its previous smartphones, but only a little different. It is still almost instantly recognizable as the successor to the OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 12. I do wish there was more of a drastic upgrade but I suppose this is good enough.

Interestingly, we can see the black colorway has a wood-like finish, but OnePlus says it is “the industry’s first ebony grain glass”. The blue colorway opts for a vegan-leather finish with a silver camera module as a strong accent to the blue. I don’t love it but I’ll admit it looks classy.

Thanks to OnLeaks over on X, we also get a look at a promotional video for the OnePlus 13, showing off all three colorways for the device.

Admittedly, the video doesn’t give us any new information, but we do get to see every aspect of the device, including a glimpse into the finish of each colorway, so that’s nice.
