Back in July, Xiaomi officially launched their new foldable smartphone, the Xiaomi Mix Flip. Unfortunately at the time of the announcement, the handset was pretty much limited to China. The good news is that that is no longer the case as Xiaomi has officially launched the Mix Flip in global markets.
The announcement was made alongside the new Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro smartphones. The Mix Flip will be available in all markets that Xiaomi normally sells their phones in, so if you are in those markets, you can look forward to the handset. It is priced starting at €1300, which isn’t cheap by any means, but you’ll be getting quite a powerful device.
We’re talking about the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which at the moment is pretty much the most powerful chipset available out there. The handset features a 6.86-inch OLED foldable display which is accompanied by a 4-inch cover display. The Mix Flip comes with a dual camera setup that consists of a 50MP main and a 50MP ultrawide, along with a 32MP selfie cam.
The phone also packs a 4,780mAh battery with 67W wired charging, along with your usual connectivity options such as WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. If you’ve been eyeing this device, then the global launch of the Mix Flip should be news to your ears, so check out your local Xiaomi retailer for details.
