vivo is making the X100s, X100s Pro, and X100 Ultra official on May 13, which is next Monday. The prices for the trio have already been leaked recently, and today a new leak over on Weibo gives us some details about the phones’ screens and batteries.
The X100s is said to sport a “1.5K” resolution panel made by Visionox. It will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ SoC, paired with vivo’s own V2 imaging chip. The X100s will have a 5,100 mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.

The X100s Pro shares its chipset, screen resolution, and display panel supplier with the X100s, but will sport the V3 imaging chip. It will also support 100W wired charging, adding 30W wireless charging too for its 5,400 mAh battery.
Finally, the X100 Ultra camera monster is once again rumored to sport the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which will allegedly paired with vivo’s imaging chip V3+. The screen will be a “2K” one made by Samsung, and the handset will sport a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 30W wireless charging.
As the official launch is in just a few days, we’ll find out very soon whether this rumor was accurate or not.
