  • There’s no word on a release date or price for the Vibe CX34 Flip.

Asus has always been one of the biggest Chromebook makers. During CES 2023, the company revealed an all-new product, the 3.9-pound Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip. It’s being made for PC gamers, and more specifically for cloud PC gamers who don’t have a premium gaming notebook to play the latest graphically intense titles.

The 14-inch touchscreen display runs at a refresh rate of 144Hz, and since this is an Asus Flip notebook, you can flip the display 360 degrees so you can use it as a big tablet. The Vibe CX34 Flip also has an anti-ghosting keyboard for better play, along with dedicated orange keys for in-game movement. The keys are even RGB backlit, so you can keep playing all night and look cool doing it.

Inside, you will get 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, along with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage. The Chromebook also has support for up to 10 hours of battery life on one charge, and Wi-Fi 6G for wireless connections.

As we said, the Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip is being marketed for cloud PC gamers, with support for Amazon Luna and GeForce Now. That will allow owners to access over 1,000 games on those services. Asus says it will add a free three-month subscription to GeForce Now for all owners of the Chromebook. Unfortunately, we don’t have any pricing or a release date yet, but we will update this post when that info is available.
